You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a blog package or addon, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all content generated during your subscription.

While we optimize content for SEO, accuracy, and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally contain factual errors or unintended phrasing. We recommend reviewing AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, Google (Search Console, Analytics, Ads), WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Apify, and PRNow. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services.
Blogger SaaS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall Blogger SaaS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately.

Our affiliate program allows you to earn commissions on referred customers. Commission rates and payout terms are set by the platform administrator. Affiliates must comply with applicable laws regarding disclosure of affiliate relationships. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
